Compare the Diablo IV Vessel of Hatred Spiritborn poster and the Diablo Butcher poster to find the right wall art for your game room.
Quick answer
If you want a piece that captures the ethereal, mystical side of Diablo IV, choose the Vessel of Hatred Spiritborn poster. If you prefer a brutal, horror-filled centerpiece that shows off the franchise's darker roots, the Diablo Butcher poster is your pick.
Two very different moods for your wall
Both posters are officially licensed 11x17-inch prints with a gloss finish, so they'll hold up well in a game room or office. But the artwork tells two very different stories. The Spiritborn poster leans into ethereal power and mystery, while the Butcher poster is pure blood-soaked terror.
Think about the vibe you want in the room. If you're going for a more atmospheric, mystical look, the Spiritborn fits. If you want something that grabs attention and leans into horror, the Butcher delivers.
Detail and color: what to expect
The Butcher poster is described as featuring grotesque detail—stitched flesh, gnarled horns, and meat hooks—set against a dark, hellish backdrop. That means it will have a lot of texture and darker tones.
The Spiritborn poster emphasizes ethereal power, which suggests lighter, more mystical colors and a focus on the character's spiritual energy. It's likely to feel more elegant and less in-your-face.
Both are 100% paper with a gloss finish, so colors will pop and details will stay sharp. Just keep in mind that a gloss finish can create glare depending on your lighting.
How to decide: trade-offs at a glance
- Style preference: If you prefer mystical, ethereal art that feels powerful but not gruesome, pick the Spiritborn poster. If you want raw horror and gore, pick the Butcher.
- Room vibe: The Spiritborn suits a more atmospheric, modern setup. The Butcher is better for a classic horror-game corner or a room that already leans dark. Consider the existing colors in your room—dark walls will make the Butcher blend in, while lighter walls will make the Spiritborn pop.
- Budget: Both are affordable officially licensed prints. The Spiritborn is slightly more expensive at $16.75 compared to the Butcher at $15.25. If price is the deciding factor, the Butcher saves you a little, but the difference is small.
